CFF Exam Registration

The Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) Exam is offered as a 1-part examination. You must pass the CFF Exam to obtain the CFF credential. Please reference the Content Specification Outline (CSO) before preparing for the CFF Exam.

As of May 1st, 2024, we no longer offer retake as a purchase option. Instead, one retake is included with the purchase of the Global CFF exam.

Exam registration fees are non-refundable and are not transferable to other AICPA-CIMA products or other individuals. If a candidate fails to schedule and attend the testing appointment, they will forfeit all exam fees paid.

Within two weeks of successfully registering for the CFF Exam, you will receive a Notice to Schedule email that includes vital information on how to schedule your exam session at a Kryterion testing center or online via remote proctoring. Email is the only means by which scheduling information is transmitted so please ensure that the AICPA has your most recent email address on record.
